Who We Are

Dr. Talent: Talent Multimedia Fashion Show is a fashion show dedicated to promoting Slit and Kaba and other African wear. Our main concern is to make African wear sell worldwide, in order to make Africa recognised through our dressing and our heritage.

The competition is between dressmakers and models, and it is open to all of West Africa.

About The Competition

The competition is in two folds:

1. District Level

Winners receive certificates and clothes as awards, and qualify to advance to the regional level.

2. Regional Level

At this level, you stand a chance of winning a brand new car and industrial machines.

Dress Makers

Madams and apprentices — Menswear designers / tailors, Womenswear designers / seamstresses and Unisex fashion designers.

GH₵ 100

Models

New and experienced models ready to showcase African wear on the runway.

Training & Workshops

We provide workshops for designers who win at the district level to prepare them for the regional competition. Talent Multimedia pays for accommodation and feeding, and also issues certificates of participation.

Empowerment Opportunity

District winners may select one person from their church, community, family or friends to learn the trade for free. Talent Multimedia is fully responsible for that person's apprenticeship fees until they complete the training.
